We’ll cover lacto-fermentation basics and guidelines, give you an overview of other fermented vegetables you can try, and work together to make a batch of sauerkraut that each participant will be able to take home. This kraut is nothing like the vinegary concoction that comes in cans and shelf-stable jars.Try it once, and we think you’ll be hooked! Class participants always enjoy 10% off all purchases made the night of the class.
(Cancellation policy: If you are unable to make your class once reserving your spot, you are more than welcome to pass your place on to a friend. Refunds or rescheduling can be offered only if we receive enough advance notice and are able to fill your reserved space in class.)
